Lunenburg has been a very special place since its inception in 1753. Craftspeople built fine schooners that graced the town’s harbour and the fisherman who worked the docks, decks and the seas fed the world. Colourful wooden homes and structures of yesteryear remain, making Lunenburg the visibly spectacular place it is today.
A working waterfront combined with a growing art, music and food scene make Lunenburg an obvious destination. Launching in 2016, Lunenburg Magazine will serve as a platform to explore Lunenburg in print and to promote the town and its offerings.
